Good to know
Ask the cooking school for the menu, the start time and one package price with the wine pairings, and send dietary needs a week ahead. Book the coach for the whole day, including the ride home after dinner.
Plan B · For a dinner nobody has to cook, or a bigger party
Inniskillin offers private dining in its barrel cellar (Estate Elegance, booking required), so the whole party can stay at the first stop. For up to 48 seated, The Foreign Affair in Vineland rents an evening event space ($3,500 as listed).
Getting there and back
